Klbtoys.com is owned and operated by Kiddie Learning Bureau Limited. Kiddie Learning Bureau opened its first shop in Dzorwulu, Accra in 2007. We now have another shop in East Legon and offer our products for sale via our website and social media platforms like Instagram. We strongly believe children should "learn through play" and when we opened our first shop, our aim was to offer a range of high quality toys that encourage children to develop and nuture skills by playing. We now stock a vast range of toys from leading manufacturers that provide the quality and education that children need to play and learn safely. Over the years we have added more products, but still with a focus on learning and education, our product range now includes books, outdoor play, books and arts and crafts.

We strive to provide high quality educational toys and products as well as offering first class customer service. 1) We are trusted - Over the years we have become trusted by our customers. Our customers know that when they buy from us, they will have genuine products that have passed international standards for quality and therefore deemed safe for children's playtime. All our toys have an age guidance and our staff are trained to assist you to find the perfect and appropiate toy or gift. (yes we play with some of the toys too!) 2) All our toys come from well known manufacturers/brands such as Melissa and Doug, Hasbro, Mattel, Fisher Price, Lego, Little Tikes, Crayola and so on. 3) Buying from us is easy, choose your preferred way: Come into one of our shops Buy from our website Buy by talking to us on whats app or DM 4) We have over a 1000 different products to choose from, so you will surely find something that is just perfect! 5) Buying as a gift - no problem, we can gift wrap it and we also sell birthday cards. 6) Buying an outdoor toy, like a trampoline or a wooden kitchen, if you are in Accra or Tema we can also build it for you as a complementary service. Please ask for further details. 7) We can deliver locally or nationwide.

Deliveries within Accra and Tema are typically within 24 hours of ordering. Usually, we deliver on the same day. Deliveries times outside these areas will vary depending on location. We will dispatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment. We would confirm and agree the delivery date with you during order processing.

Our East Legon branch is open Monday - Saturday from 8am til 7pm Our Dzorwulu branch is open Monday - Saturday from 9am til 6.30pm Website orders, Whats app messages, DM's and social media queries are handled Monday - Saturday from 8am to 8pm.

If you are in Accra or Tema, we build all of the outdoor swings or climbing frames purchased at your premises. Pushcars, tricycles and ride ons will be built in the shop and delivered built. Large wooden doll houses, kitchens, shops can be built on request. If you are outside of Accra or Tema, we can't offer build services at this time. But please let ask, we may be able to find a way.

If you are buying online, we prefer you to pay with mobile money. We also accept cash on delivery if you are within Accra and Tema. To help us, please try to have the correct money or let us know you will need change. Our driver may not have the change you need. If you are outside of Accra or Tema, we request payment to be made for goods before dispatch. In our shops you can pay with debit or credit card, MOMO or cash.

Items can be exchanged. If items are delivered and are no longer wanted, please contact us within 24 hours either by email at sales@klbtoys.com or phone 0244 358087. Items can only be exchanged if unopened and in original re-saleable condition. Costs of returning items is beared by the customer. We do not offer refunds for products purchased.

Yes we do. The website has a product category for wrapping paper, simply add the wrapping paper, tag or card to your shopping trolley. We will then wrap the item purchased for you.
